I openned up one of the Geofences and wanted to send a message only to find that the functions "Send Message", "History Replay", "Group Assets" and "Asset Location Report" were greyed out. Why are these functions disabled?Solution:
The greyed out functions you mention associated with that geofence will only be enabled if there is an asset currently located within that geofence. For example, "Send Message" would only send a text to assets within the geofence. So if there are not any in the geofence then that function becomes disabled until an asset is inside the geofence.
