GSE joins Globalstar at NASDAQ
Jeff joined Globalstar’s IoT technology panel at NASDAQ in New York City for their 2024 investor day, and we’ve got the replay for you. It was an honor to lead a discussion with Globalstar about the future of satellite IoT in 2025, and we thank Mersad for the opportunity to answer important questions about how we will deliver success with Globalstar-powered GSatSolar and GSatRancher product lines.
We’ll summarize the highlights for you below, but invite you to check out the video called “Investor Day 2024 MSS” to hear it yourself.
Globalstar NASDAQ Investor Day IoT Panel Summary
Jeff, along with other panelists David and Halvor, were able to share details about how Globalstar is enabling a number of remote IoT opportunities that didn’t exist 10 years ago. Getting connectivity from the sky eliminates line of sight problems and dependence on terrestrial infrastructure development.
The size and durability of the units make them ideal for tracking smaller assets as well, including a wide array of animals both in the livestock industries and in conservation interests. Being able to deliver a cost-effective satellite air tag has really changed the game for conservation groups, ranchers, and other livestock producers.
The GSatSolar Series was the star of the show in this discussion, and GSE is looking forward to a future that includes 2-4x unit sales growth in 2025, an exciting project tracking endangered gazelles, and a large partnership to increase business in the farming and animal agriculture sectors.
2025 also promises to bring AI, new firmware, and other developments for the GSatSolar Series to the forefront, as GSatTrack integrates more market-specific needs into the platform and delivers better experiences for ranchers, farmers, animal conservation groups, and equipment owners.
